Initial franchise fee
A one-off payment per location is due when you sign a non-disclosure agreement. This includes; design and supervision of refitting new store, all your training for the first 12 months, ongoing support, analysis of prospective location including market research, branding, advertising design and press releases
Royalty Payments
Ongoing payments of 11% of your monthly turnover paid monthly.
Profits
You find your ideal location then we will carry out market research and draw up some profit forecasts for your business before any further discussions or your commitment.
Stock
We will supply all Cornish pasties, and disposables. Beyond that it is up to you. We can supply everything. If you want to provide anything yourself that is up to you. We try to generate a home cooked feel especially with our cakes, soups and salads, but if the thought of doing this yourself seems daunting, or you don't have the time or skills then we can supply these as well.
