Franchise Term

The initial term is for just 10 years, renewable every five years after that

Training

All Franchisees will be given a three week training program at our Brighton stores, followed by assistance and training at your own store for the first two weeks, and follow up training initially once a month and then when necessary. We are always available to give advice in person, on the phone or by email.

Ideal Candidate

While experience is not essential, strong leadership, a positive attitude, a willingness and ability to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. Taking control of your own destiny takes a lot of hard work and commitment. While you will be able to set what hours your shop is open, you will generally need a few more hours to take control of things. That said we intend to look after you in such a way that we will take care of most of the boring paperwork.

The Ideal Location.

The choice of location is critical and will need to be researched by you. The size of the store can be very small (possibly even just a window to the street, and a couple of ovens behind, bellowing out tempting smells) or you could have a larger store offering seating. One of the beauties of this product is that the market is such that a number of stores could co-exist in a relatively small area. The franchise is flexible enough that it can adapt to the premises in mind.

Anywhere with a concentrated target market, near offices, shops or public transport links would accommodate the store, and so a chain can quickly and easily be built, and managed. The larger the footfall the more likely the success of your store.
