Our Values

While travelling, Ian became well aware of British foods' reputation abroad. Knowing how great our food can be, spurred him on to provide the best quality food, at affordable prices, and a convenient format. We only supply:

• fresh food, baked throughout the day
• using the best quality ingredients,
• no hydrogenated fats
• no reconstituted meat.

We are also only too aware of the inequalities of the world and hope to try to redress the balance in whatever ways we can; while also trying to reduce ‘Our Cornish Pasty Shops' impact on the world. We:

• only sell Fair trade tea and all our Coffee is organic.
• recycle, use recycled and re-used unbleached paper.
• are energy efficient
• train our staff to not never be wasteful
• have 'happy hour' for the last hour's trading each day meaning that no pasties go to waste.

As well as the quality of our food and our impact on the planet and its people, Our Cornish Pasty Shops priority is cleanliness, our shops follow a detailed cleaning itinerary way beyond those set out by EHO, who have awarded us the maximum 5 stars.
